Richard Swinburne

Richard Swinburne (1934-) is a British writer, professor, and philosopher. He is most well known for promoting philosophical arguments for the existence of God and for his contributions to the philosophies of religion and science.


However, it would be the height of irrationality to postulate innumerable universes just to explain the particular features of our universe, when we can do so by postulating just one additional entity: God.

Humans see the comprehensibility of the world as evidence of a comprehending creator.
